The property:

Brand New House with modern furniture and all the amenities you will need for a long or short stay.

You have independent house with 3 beds plus a sofa bed, for a restful night sleep and a fully equipped kitchen to try some Portuguese cooking or just prepare breakfast.

You have a small balcony in the second floor to let you enjoy the sunset while you drink a glass of wine, cable Tv and free private Wi-Fi to share your new experiences with friends and family and stay up to date with what’s going on in the world, with one AC in the living room/kitchen and the bedroom.

Do you have a lot of luggage? If you arrive earlier, you have baggage lockers in Campanhã station to store it, but talk to me first and I’ll try to find a solution.

You are 2 minutes from the subway and less than 10 minutes away from downtown by subway direct line or by Uber. Grab the opportunity to be near the main attractions, monuments, restaurants, public transports and parks.

The neighbourhood:

You can find a local supermarket if you leave home on the direction of the metro station and immediately turn the first right.

On the same street, you find plenty of cafes and restaurants for a nice snack or lunch. Ask me about the typical restaurants within walking distance and their specialities.

You are 2 minutes walking from Campanhã metro and train station, so you can reach the house and Porto's downtown in a couple of minutes!

Check out end at 11:00. From 11:00, half of 1 night will be charged and after 14:00 you’ll be charged for 1 full night.
